Look into this stuff!

Since my last post, I have been working diligently on creating a website for this idea of the differences between the sexes, and reading a book I found as well. The book is called "Why Men don't Listen and Women can't Read Maps", and it's written by a couple that travelled the world researching the differences between men and women and finding research that had already been conducted as well. The humor Allan and Barbara have thrown into their book makes reading it much more enjoyable. I recommend this book highly to anyone who may be having problems understanding themselves, the opposite sex, or within a relationship. (Secretly, I recommend this book to absolutely everyone!)

Finally, a way to organize my things!

Last night, I began making my first ever Prezi for the robotics team, and soon realized that this project was yelling "Prezi" at me! Prezi's are "stunning presentations" that are much more fun than your average slideshow. I decided that whenever I find something interesting, I'm going to throw it into my Prezi! For a while, it will probably be unorganized and unattractive, but I'll be working at it as much as I can. As I sit here with 20 tabs open in just one window of google chrome, I find myself wondering where to start. I have found many talks from TED.com that are loosely related to my question about the differences between the sexes, but nothing really stands out to me. I have also found multiple articles in newspapers and magazines about some specific differences between us all. Where do I go from here?

I'm going to start by reading some of these articles, and go to the videos after a little while. I will share anything interesting with you!

C&A is a clothing store. I find their site extremely easy to navigate, despite the language differences. They have great pictures of all of their merchandise, clearly show all of the prices and categorize everything efficiently. The search bar works quite well, as long as you get an accurate translation to German. It gives you lots of options to narrow your search down, after your original search, and you don't need to wait for the page to reload, because it does so automatically very quickly.


Burger King's site is fun. I enjoy their sliders on the front page, allowing users to "Have it their way". The majority of their site is interactive and fun, and basically just an enjoyable experience in general.


WolframAlpha is an extremely useful search-engine type site that can answer virtually any question. All the user must do it enter the topic into the search bar that is front and center, and all of the information that is stored on or related to the topic appears in the blink of an eye in an organized manner.

I've begun research on the question: "What are the differences between men and women?". I have found a few nice articles and videos to help me out with the research aspect of this question, (as well as plenty of comedy clips!), but I was hoping to get some ideas from other people that may be interested in this topic. Unanswerable Question: The Beginning

I want to know what the differences between a man and a woman are. We all know the obvious, physical differences, but I want to know more. I want to know the differences in our thought processes, our feelings, our strengths and weaknesses. I am interested in figuring this out, because, throughout my lifetime, I have always wondered why men and women are so different. I will probably discover many things that I do not know, which is why I am interested in this. I like learning new things, and I hope to find many proven facts about the differences between men and women. I think, at some point in their life, everyone wonders about the differences between men and women, but even if they do not, I believe this question will make people wonder more and more about these differences.
